Group Fitness Class Descriptions

  • An energising step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. This class uses a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over & around the step. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
  • Strengthens and balances body and mind through flowing movements, static postures, controlled breathing and deep relaxation, reducing stress and enhancing wellbeing.
  • A fun yoga class for participants between 6-10 years old. Teaching them controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves & poses.
  • Held indoors and outdoors, this 30 minute cardiovascular workout incorporates boxing elements for toning.
  • This energetic freestyle class is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Punch & kick your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
  • Encourages physical activity for children aged 12-17 years old. Held outdoors/indoors, these 60 minute group sessions are designed to improve all aspects of your fitness. Sessions include speed, strength, endurance and team activities. Feel the results and get hooked! (Coming soon)

  • A weights to music class that strengthens your entire body. This class uses a barbell to perform exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight to inspire you to get the results you came for! (Coming soon)
  • The benefits of water resistance training include the activation of opposing muscle groups for a balanced workout. The push and pull of the water allows both increased muscle training and a built-in safety barrier for joints.
